Documents you send us
Customer documents submitted for pilot or production processing are treated as confidential. Originals are preserved byte-identical and never used for training external models. Documents are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request.
Personal data on this site
Information submitted via the pilot form (name, company, email, industry, and volume estimate) is used solely to respond to your request. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
Data residency
Processing on Indian infrastructure is available for regulated workloads. The specific hosting region and subprocessor list for your engagement is documented in your service agreement.
Security
Documents in transit and at rest are encrypted. Access is role-based and audit-logged. Detailed security documentation is available under NDA for enterprise customers.
